What we do

Happy Monday is not your ordinary wellness company. Our core focus is the mental well-being of your employees.


Most wellness campaigns offer a reactive approach to employee wellness whereas we focus on a proactive approach.


Physical wellness campaigns have been in operation in South Africa for over 20 years. What global research is telling us is that physical wellness campaigns are no longer enough. A healthy employee is not necessarily a happy employee and happy employees are focused, communicate better, teamwork and sales improve, staff turnover decreases. Internationally the trends have shifted toward mental wellness focused campaigns for their employees and South African corporates are starting to realise the importance of this shift.


Richard Branson once said “Clients do not come first. Employees come first. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients”.


Our campaigns are focused around the unique benefits of each one of our corporate clients. A 12 – 36 month campaign is developed which incorporates not only fun and laughter, but also unique ways to communicate key messages to your staff. We work with your HR teams as well as other physical wellness suppliers to ensure our corporate clients are able to offer the best in wellness to their staff members.


Our initial function is to gauge the essential gaps in your employees workspace and go from there. If an HR team is not aware of the key gaps and needs, we offer a full needs analysis and research report so that accurate and up to date information can be captured and worked with.
